Craft spirits begin with a single seed in fertile soil, nurtured by a farmer's hands. Renovare will tell this grain-to-glass story, elevating the local farmers who spend their days planting and growing and harvesting the grains that shape every spirit we create. Our space and our products will showcase the rich heritage of whiskey in the Southeast, where distillation and agriculture have always been inextricably tied together.
four grains, one true whiskey
Renovare will produce a premium, hand-crafted line of spirits in our artisanal distillery: a true Tennessee whiskey; a dry gin; a vodka; and two flavored vodkas. As opposed to a traditional three-grain whiskey, ours is crafted from four grains: corn, wheat, rye and malted barley. Whiskey’s sweetness comes from the corn, which is drawn out by the wheat; rye delivers spice notes, while malted barley adds flavor.
